Investment Value
There are several investment options under the Turkey Citizenship by Investment Programme. These include:
- Real estate purchase for a minimum of $400,000;
- Fixed capital investment of $500,000 at a Turkish Bank;
- Investment of $500,000 in a venture capital or real estate fund;
- $500,000 investment in approved Government debt instruments; incorporation of a company in Turkey with a minimum paid in capital of $500,000;
- The option to incorporate a company in Turkey that generates employment for at least 50 staff.
In all cases, the investment must be maintained for three years.

2-3 WEEKS
- Application is reviewed by the local authorities
- Completion of the transfer of ownership and receipt of the Title Deed for the property. Receipt of official valuation report and the necessary government documents stating that the applicant is eligible to apply for citizenship through the purchased property.

1-2 MONTHS
- Submission of residency application upon receipt of the Title Deed.
- Residency card will be issued for 1 year.

4-6 MONTHS
- Submission of citizenship application (the applicants can choose Turkish names) and approval will be issued following careful review and due diligence by the Turkish Government of the application and supporting documents.
